My name is Steve Santacruz, and I’ve spent nearly 20 years carving my own path as an entrepreneur. As the Founder and CEO of Empire Group, I’ve built a company with a wide range of ventures that reflect hard work and dedication. One of those ventures, Empire Ink, has grown into one of Miami’s most recognized tattoo brands. Since 2009, we’ve proudly served more than 165,000 clients, earned a flawless reputation with 5-star reviews, and built a strong team of 30+ professionals who have helped us thrive for over a decade.
While Empire Ink is a business, it’s also deeply personal. As an artist, I’ve had the privilege of tattooing over 12,000 people. Each client taught me the value of listening, understanding, and translating ideas into art. To me, success isn’t just about skill—it’s about meeting people where they are and helping bring their vision to life. That belief in mindset, consistency, and focused action has become the foundation of everything I do.
Outside of business, fitness has shaped who I am for over 25 years. From mixed martial arts and boxing to football and strength training, I’ve pushed myself to grow physically and mentally. The discipline I learned through sports has carried over into entrepreneurship, teaching me that success in any area of life begins with discipline, resilience, and self-mastery.
This philosophy inspired me to launch Empire is the Way, a brand dedicated to personal growth and empowerment. Through my YouTube podcast, I bring in impactful voices to share experiences and insights that can inspire others. To give back, I’ve also created a free eBook designed to help people take charge of their mindset and begin building their own version of success. My goal is to provide the same tools and strategies that have helped me stay focused and driven through every stage of my journey.
